Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden

Our school is very proud to have such a wonderful program operating, utilizing the vegetable garden, fruit trees, eggs from the chickens and the kitchen. Years Five and Six students benefit enormously from learning about how to grow and cook healthy foods.

DANCE STUDIO

Torquay College is equipped with an 'Australian Ballet Standard' dance studio.

STADIUM AND STAGE

Our school stadium includes two full-size basketball courts, stadium seating and changeroom facilities.

Within the stadium is our stage equipped, curtains, backstage areas and a recently upgraded (May 2018) PA and stage lighting system, suitable for full productions.

OUTDOOR SPORTS

Torquay College boasts a full array of outdoor sporting facilities including a full-sized astroturf soccer pitch and running track, 3 outdoor basketball courts, fully fenced tennis court and a full-sized turf football / cricket oval.

LIBRARY

The Torquay College Library is a warm, welcoming, safe and secure environment which students love to visit. It is extremely well resourced with current, relevant and engaging books.

Students have a 30 minute scheduled Library session each week

CONFERENCE ROOM

Our conference facility is located in our administration block, is fully equipped with AV equipment including smart TV with wireless connectivity.
