Get your golf clubs ready and start putting your team together!
The inaugural Torquay College Community Cup is coming on Friday 28th August, promising a fantastic afternoon of golf, laughter, connection and community spirit.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer, a weekend hacker, or just keen to enjoy a great day out with friends, family and fellow community members, this event is for you. Teams of four are encouraged, but individual entries are also welcome.
🎟️ Tickets go on sale Monday 29th July and are expected to sell quickly so start rallying your team now!
This is set to become one of the highlight community events on the Torquay College calendar. We can’t wait to see you on the fairways! Sponsorship packages are also available, please reach out if you are interested.

🏆DISTRICT CHAMPIONS 🏆 A huge congratulations to our amazing students who are off to States. Our Torquay College soccer team and Sam who came 6th in Cross Country, have been crowned District Champions and are now off to complete State Champions! ⚽️🏃♂️
Back in 2022, Rocky went on tour around Australia with his dad and Nitro Circus, where at just 5 years old he was introduced to crowds as “the future of Nitro Circus.” 🏍️🔥
Now, only a few years later and just after turning 10, Rocky has officially become the youngest rider in the world to land a backflip on a dirt bike on a full-size setup. 🤯
What an incredible achievement. Well done Rocky, absolute world record legend! 👏 We are all super proud!

Charlie in Grade 4 is currently living his dream in Barcelona, Spain, taking part in a Barca (Barcelona Football Club) Academy Camp.
Selected as one of just 11 players across Australia and New Zealand, Charlie is training on Barca’s home grounds and embracing every opportunity, skill and experience along the way.
What an incredible achievement and experience. Congratulations, Charlie! We are so proud of you!

Today we celebrate our incredible Education Support staff for ES Appreciation Day 💙 Across the week, our school community has taken the opportunity to show gratitude and appreciation for the amazing work our ES staff do each and every day. From supporting students in classrooms and playgrounds, to providing wellbeing support, administration assistance, IT support, maintenance, OSHC and helping our school run smoothly behind the scenes, their impact is felt in every corner of our school.
Our ES staff build relationships, create calm in challenging moments, celebrate student success, and go above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and included.
