Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Our OSHC program provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for Torquay College students before and after school. Located next to the school stadium, we offer both permanent and casual bookings to support busy families.
Operating Hours
- Before School: 7:00am – 8:15am
- After School: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Curriculum Days: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Children enjoy a variety of supervised activities designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and connection—with breakfast and afternoon tea included in all OSHC sessions.
Enrolment is completed online through the school website, with bookings and account management handled via the Xplor app. Families are encouraged to enrol early, as permanent places may be limited. All families may be eligible for fee assistance through the Childcare Subsidy.
Our experienced OSHC Co-ordinators, Carel and Christina, bring years of early childhood education experience and a passion for supporting children’s wellbeing, growth, and love of learning.

Carel: Hola! I am originally from Venezuela. I’ve called Australia home from the past 10 years. My qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am passionate about fostering their curiosity and imagination of children over the last 7 years. I also love to cook and express my creativity through the kitchen. I love to travel, play tennis, explore the world and love living by the beach!
It is my privilege to be working with your children, nurturing their minds, helping guide their steps and love for learning, this is central to my philosophy.
Christina: Hello Families! It is great to be working with your children at Torquay OSHC. Some of you may already know me from when your children may have attended Torquay Early Learning Centre. It is so exciting to meet some of you again and get to know all of you! I have lived in Australia for 13 years. My qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I am passionate about working with children and have been doing so for the past 8 years. I look forward to getting to know all your children over the course of the year.
Enrolment
- CRN’s must be primary caregiver
- Wait for Email from OSHC to complete enrolment process
- Child is not enrolled until set up a password, direct debit and approve CWA in Xplor app
