Physical Education
The Physical Education program from Foundation to Year 6 focuses on developing fundamental movement skills, physical fitness, teamwork, and positive attitudes towards health and wellbeing.
Aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, PE lessons are structured, inclusive, and engaging, supporting students of all abilities.
Students build skills in movement, game play, cooperation, and resilience, while learning the importance of staying active and healthy.
Across the year, students participate in a range of age-appropriate sporting events that promote participation, confidence, and school spirit, including:
-
- Foundation–Year 2 Athletics
- Year 3–6 Athletics
- Foundation–Year 2 Fun Run
- Year 3–6 Cross Country
- Lightning Premierships
- Year 3–6 Swimming Carnival
- Swimming programs across multiple year levels
- Open Water Program for Year 5/6 students
These events provide students with opportunities to challenge themselves, work as part of a team, and celebrate personal achievement, while fostering a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.
